Product Warranty

All products have a warranty period of 18 months (excluding normal wear and tear), calculated from the date of purchase, except for products whose average lifespan is less than 18 months (light bulbs - 3 months, windshield wipers - 6 months, hand tools - 12 months).

The warranty is granted for lack of conformity and/or hidden defects.

To benefit from the warranty, you must install the parts in an authorized RAR service center for your car type and keep the installation invoice.

If a product fails during the warranty period, you must bring or send us:

  • 1. Damaged part, no dents, no missing parts, cleaned with solvents and water jet.
  • 2. Copy of the registration document of the car on which the part was installed.
  • 3. Proof of installation of the part in an authorized RAR service, for the type of labor performed (copies of the invoice, estimate, tax receipt and RAR authorization).
  • 4. Estimate for finding the defect, accompanied by a diagnostic test, performed in an authorized RAR service, for the type of work to be performed.

From case to case, you will receive another new piece or its invoice value, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of return, according to Law 449/2003, the term necessary for the supplier to ascertain whether or not the product was defective during the warranty period due to constructive reasons and not due to an assembly error.

If additional checks are required and the product must be sent to the manufacturer, the resolution time may be 30 days from the date of return.
