You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible.
The ordered products will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours of ordering (except Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays).
When the courier picks up the package, you will also receive an email notifying you that your package has been picked up by the courier.
The order is delivered by one of the partner couriers: SameDay, Urgent Cargus, DPD, Fan Curier, to the mentioned address.
The Shipping Cost will be calculated automatically when you place your order and can vary from 10.80 RON to Locker EasyBox with online payment and up to 19.84 RON for delivery to the address. (To which a processing fee of 5 RON may be added for deliveries with Cash on Delivery payments)
For orders over 299 Lei you benefit from Free Shipping.
On average, Product Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
Products purchased remotely can be returned according to GEO 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The return of the products will be at the customer's expense, within 14 days of terminating the contract. It is recommended to use the same transport service used for receiving the products.
AutoMIV.ro will refund the order value as soon as possible after receiving the returned product.
